  Well, excellent job to date - that's accomplishing a whole lot in one year! It may sound cliche, but attending meetups is the easiest way to network. For programming ,apart from tutorials the thing that helps best is practice , If you want to practice then I recommend hackerrank.com to test your understanding of programming concepts.
