It took us a few months (I think it was 4) but now we released Macarons. After adding Macarons to the workspace you have to invite it to a channel and then can configure how often people of that channel are matched. Yes, Kelley has one of the best career resources centers. There in an entrepreneurship program, but as an old grad I'll say that the education is terrific, and there are tons of companies that recruit year round. If you have the opportunity, take it.
