I haven't used Ditto so I don't know how closely macOS clipboard managers compare to it, but there's certainly a fair number of programs for the Mac out there that sound similar to Ditto's own description, from the free, open source Maccy to the somewhat over-the-top $13 Pastebot. I have used a few different CRMs and it really depends on what t is that you are looking to get out of it. I have used custom CRMs which were great for my immediate needs but each time I needed to add a new feature it would take days before my programmers could add the feature.
