If you want to take all the guesswork out of it, Curology is a great introduction to skincare and it's fairly budget friendly. They'll send you a cleanser, treatment, and moisturizer. All you need to add is an SPF. Source: over 1 year ago

Curology is a great because if you want those fancy extras (niacinamide, trexanamic acid, azelaic acid etc) you can get them added to your multitasking tretinoin formula. As for sunscreens, the best thing you can do is shop Asian sunscreens like the Skin 1004 Centella SPF or Beauty of Joseon or Skin Aqua Super Moisture Milks. Source: over 1 year ago
