I use wormhole to transfer data quickly all the time. I assume it's good, but have not looked into it too much. The developers claim the data is encrypted, and you can read more about it here. It appears to be open source which is a good sign. Although to be honest, if I'm transferring sensitive data, I encrypt it myself with GPG just to be sure. Source: almost 2 years ago
