  If you have a better solution, for example a good provider who offer agency packages which allows many domains and there is no catch, for example very small disk space, then hit me right away. Otherwise, please share your experience with hosting your own mail service. Put it on the books with a time. Trash goes out on Tuesdays? Make a note with a checklist for Monday nights.   Also ask the developer how they want to work, and if there is a software they like to use to facilitate the work. Are they Kanban? Scrum? Waterfall? Watch a video or two on the do's and don't of the one method the Dev wants to use, so you know what to expect if your developer asks you for a "Story" or a "Task" or a "Ticket" or if you need to 'clarify acceptance criteria', which is literally what I was doing at...
