Once you have the spreadsheet of emails, there are two routes you can go about to send personalized emails. The easier way, and the way I recommend, is to use software that does this for you, like MailMeteor. If you're not getting the right email addresses from ContactOut and it's bouncing back, you could always run the email addresses through something like emaillistverify.com to make sure they're valid before you try to email them.
