Colorways was always going to be temporary I'm afraid. Not sure anyone saved the custom themes for it, but I recommend checking out https://color.firefox.com/ (which isn't going anywhere), setting up a theme (you can start from a preset), and saving it. Works like a charm. Source: over 1 year ago
