Loving the templates at decktopus. We use it for pitching ideas to potential buyers from abroad. The templates look modern and interesting. I am usually asked where I create my presentations. I love how you can add forms and such. A lot more functional than other presentation tools.

Yeah domain knowledge/network is definitely needed, I am working with a friend who has that, it's a must in this field because it's almost set in the stone age. If you want to show polygons it is a bit more difficult. With the above map functions you can create a Choropleth map by using predefined regions (like countries, states etc.). But for custom polygons it won't work. You can either use ArcGIS Online in combination with the ArcGIS Maps for Power BI viz or use the Mapbox Visual function (you need to install this one first by pressing "Get more visuals"). You can... Can't stress money enough! So true. Why are you even doing it if you don't plan to gain money, a lot! I always start with a blank slide and start to craft the business idea. My go-to tool is Decktopus since it has templates and stuff. SWOT Analysis works too. Source: about 3 years ago
