I just found MaruOS. It appears to be exactly what I was looking for. They are a little small apparently. They support only Nexus and Pixel phones and one Samsung's device. Hopefully they'll have a bright future. Source: over 2 years ago

That is common for large files. If you press "Try again", it usually resumes from exactly the same spot. Generally tho, I recommend using a download manager in such cases. I can recommend uGet, it's completely open source and is a frontend for wget. Source: over 1 year ago
