Https://gikken.co/mate-translate/ They have 100+ languages. The user can pick a word, say "Morning" and find it in all 100 plus languages. They also have pronunciation, phrases etc. I checked a few translations and pronunciations in some languages I know, they seem accurate and manual. I prefer DiffusionBee (r/DiffusionBee), which you download to your desktop and can use to slowly generate bigger, higher quality art.
