By default, the IPX image optimizer that the image module is using, needs to have a list of domains that can be used for optimizing the images. For now, what would happen is that our Banner would be displayed, but it wont be optimized. Maybe try Bitsbox? It teaches Javascript by making games. They can share the games with their friends, and it also leaves a lot of room for them to modify the games using what they learned. It teaches a lot of programming skills that are useful later. There is also Google's CS First, that's free and has a lot of different projects.
