traggr is a feedback management system allowing you to collect feedback from all sources in multiple ways: By embedding a feedback form in your website or app, via a QR Code that your users can scan or by tracking feedback manually to cover feedback received in phone calls, emails, social media or in direct meetings with your customers.
You can create new feedback topics or upvote existing ones depending on the feedback you receive. Smart feedback management features like merging, resolving and commenting topics keep your feedback collection clean and updated so everybody in your team is always in the know of your customer's priorities.
In case of changes happening to feedback topics, involved team members are automatically notified so everybody always knows the latest state of your customer's most important wishes and can pull together to keep your customer's happy.
