If you've done everything according to the wiki (bios file names are case sensitive and should only need to go inside the \BIOS\ folder), take a look at the official core documentation here you can find the checksum values for the correct Bios and use an app like MD5Checker to verify. Here is possible that your download was corrupted. Download Md5Checker from http://getmd5checker.com/. Check iso file with it. Md5 checksum should be: c64cdf16381323980ec6a3f37b8b8087.
