If you are learning Digital Art there are really good Digital programs like Krita + Medibang that are free on PC. I love CSP but with the way they've been going, I don't feel like it's proper to recommend them :C - I have used Krita and Medibang for my job and genuinely, nobody can tell the difference. There are a number of free programs out there - Photopea is free but online only, Medibang works on Windows/Mac, iPhone, iPad, and Android and appears to be free across all platforms. (only two devs are maintaining the whole project) Manjaro is a popular Arch based distro that helps Linux users to benefit from rolling release model while maintaining stability.
