Can anyone help me out? Upload what is on that stick to a cloud based system that is not vulnerable to degradation of hardware, you can get a lot of storage for free on sites like dropbox.com, mega.nz, or icloud. You can also always make multiple backups. Source: 12 months ago

- If you want a native encrypted cloud storage, one of the better priced ones is Mega. The free tier gives you up to 20GB to use. Here's a referral link if you want extra free storage a well. It's still E2EE, but not open-sourced. They do, however, have an audit on their encryption and source codes. For all my family (6 also) I moved all their emails to a free Gmail account, and used forwardmx.io (single domain = US$24/yr) to forward emails to free Gmail, and use their SMTP to send email from my domain. Source: about 2 years ago
All emails going to olddomain.com are handled by forwardmx.io (my own emails forward to [me@newdomain.com](mailto:me@newdomain.com), and the rest of the fam's emails get forwarded to [them@gmail.com](mailto:them@gmail.com)). Source: over 2 years ago
