I'd advise just starting off with a basic Wordpress/Woocommerce, just buy a decent theme and good hosting, the rest of the setup won't be that much more work than setting everything up on another platform, as you say it doesn't need to be perfect, just work. Anaplan (anaplan.com) is an option as you'll need to setup an integration via tray.io. They are not add-ons but separate applications that will take your Xero data and replicate a copy of the data into Anaplan.
