Mind Map by RealtimeBoard IterateI love working with Iterate because it eliminates the need for bulky 50 question user surveys, live in person focus groups (was lovely during covid when this couldn't happen at all), and sifting through Google Analytics data for 'trends' to answer questions.
We use Iterate because we're constantly testing new features on our site, landing pages with media spend, and messaging tactics. Iterate provides a single script to drop into your source code and then you can create custom branded surveys that keep the user on your site. We've been able to increase conversion rates, launch new products/services and get event/registration hesitation feedback in days/weeks instead of trying to decipher was directional data tells us.
Based on our record, Mind Map by RealtimeBoard should be more popular than Iterate. It has been mentiond 3 times since March 2021. In our project, the change in question affected sixteen content types. Our method of documenting the content model using Mind Map diagrams in Miro meant that we could easily identify the types in question and their elements and codenames.
