You can check mobbin.design and saasui.design and break them down yourself. Also best practises are never great if it doesnt work for you. So adapt. I had to google "Vaporwave"(totally out of touch with EDM sub-genres here, so I'm going by the description offered on Wikipedia). Reads like a sampling synth' of some kind would be in order from here. I'd suggest Giada, because it's a BEAST.
