Mocha is, at it's core, planar tracker, which means it tracks flat surfaces really well, but it's grown to become more of an "object tracker" that can track pretty much anything you want, the Pro version has a PowerMesh function similar to LockDown, powerful rotoscoping tools, and is generally considered to be incredibly useful in VFX. Visio isnt hard, but stencils are a pain in the ass. So, I suggest draw.io instead, also its free and they have both a cloud GUI tool and desktop tool on Git. I have not used visio since 2019. Source: about 1 year ago
