  Mocha is, at it's core, planar tracker, which means it tracks flat surfaces really well, but it's grown to become more of an "object tracker" that can track pretty much anything you want, the Pro version has a PowerMesh function similar to LockDown, powerful rotoscoping tools, and is generally considered to be incredibly useful in VFX.   3.The only way I've come across to document the amount of time spent is to use timesheets or time tracking softwares. Some examples of time tracking softwares are Toggl, Hubstaff, and Time Doctor.
