Hi, it just occurred to me to share a browser extension I've used for a while, that's nice for a lot of things, it shows up on your new tab page, and has a nice picture and nice quotes but also has a place to identify what you're trying to, focus on, but it also first asks you your name (and you can change it whenever you want) and then regularly addresses you with that name when you open a new tab, it's called... This website is good for getting a list of all of the feelings in the English language. You can go through and ask whatever you're feeling "is this right". Ex. You could ask the feeling in your arms "Is enthusiasm right". See if you can get a sense of rightness from that practice. Source: over 1 year ago
