You can use Teracopy to copy folders / files with verification after copy. It produces checksums of the source and destination files that can optionally get saved to disk. Here is possible that your download was corrupted. Download Md5Checker from http://getmd5checker.com/. Check iso file with it. Md5 checksum should be: c64cdf16381323980ec6a3f37b8b8087.
