Its ease of use and flexibility means fast onboarding for your team and the ability to manage your work your way. With powerful productivity features such as time tracking, automated notifications, customizable workflows, dependencies, timeline views and integrations, your team can achieve better and faster results for every project milestone.
It's a great tool for planning tasks conveniently. It's pretty straightforward to use, which is a big plus. You can tweak it to fit your own way of doing things, which is handy.
When we needed a tool large enough to support ongoing marketing projects, Monday was the best solution that was trialled in comparison to other alternative platforms that didn't scale as well with our needs.
Based on our record, monday.com seems to be a lot more popular than Postcrossing. While we know about 335 links to monday.com, we've tracked only 12 mentions of Postcrossing. We are tracking product recommendations and mentions on various public social media platforms and blogs. They can help you identify which product is more popular and what people think of it.
Some tools that I would use to stay organized include Jira, monday.com, Notion, or Trello. Each has its own advantages. Personally, I use monday dev. It lets you keep track of all your projects and tasks in one place and collaborate with your team in real time. - Source: dev.to / 6 months ago
With the newer, online work management tools that have project management features (ClickUp, Monday.com, etc.), several have free versions and you have the ability to create a custom field that you can use for the assignee, ignoring the built-in field that requires a licensed user or guest. I'm thinking about using small to medium group projects in my classroom to teach students the basics of project management (breaking big tasks into smaller ones, assigning roles, identifying dependencies, estimating effort/duration, tracking progress, etc.) I can do it using google sheets, but I was curious if anyone here has leveraged online tools like monday.com, Asana, Trello, etc. In the educational space. In terms of handwriting Eastern Europeans tend to have a very close and slanted handwriting that slants to the right with very hard strokes from top to bottom. Germans for example, in my opinion from years of exchanging postcards with strangers thru the site postcrossing.com have a very angry handwriting; it's like you can feel they're yelling at you just by their hand writing. Join Postcrossing! I had a silly number of postcards collected over the years and a book of stamps specifically from voting last time. Super fun little hobby and a good way to use them up! Source: over 1 year ago
You might find it helpful to take a look at r/RandomActsofCards, r/penpals, r/penpalsover30, r/fountainpenpals, or Postcrossing. Random Acts of Cards, in particular, is a really lovely supportive community, but be warned that, while it’s certainly possible to keep expenses very low, it’s also fairly easy to fall into wanting a mountain of stationery yourself so it’s best to be aware of and set limits if you decide...
