Monoprice MP Select Mini mentions (61)

  • Should i just get the Klipsch the fives?
That's a fantastic price for a good all in one system. It also has a hdmi arc which would be great for movies, tv, gaming. You would have to spend much much more to get similar value in speakers + amp. May I ask what speaker stands you are looking at? I have also been on the market for a pair, been eyeing on a few at monoprice.com but their inventory seems f'ed up. Source: 7 months ago
  • PSA: Your HDMI cable version matters
Go to monoprice.com and buy a certified hdmi 2.1 cable for 17$. They are one of the best websites for quality cables. Source: 7 months ago
  • Monolith AMT: Summit-Fi on a budget
They are on sale at monoprice.com for $419.99 with their EXTRA30 code. Once EQ'd they are truly TOTL Summit-Fi worthy. They use the same pinout as the M1570, so make sure you get the correct Balanced cable, else you risk shorting your amp. Periapt and Hart Audio make cables for them, as well as Monoprice. (I have MP's). Source: 7 months ago
  • How to power my Klipsch Rf3 ii...
Costco has decent Denon and Yamaha AVRs in stock. Those would be full on surround sound receivers so you could go that route in the future. If you just want stereo, Marantz has a really good integrated amp. But many companies have great 2 channel integrated amps. If you are in the US (that was my assumption) get on Crutchfield's website and search for 2 channel amps. If you just get "an amp" you'll need a pre-amp... Source: 7 months ago
  • From scratch media room design, what should I do?
If you're hell bent on putting a TV/Surround sound in there, you'd want in wall speakers, which you can find at amazon, best buy, monoprice.com and I'm sure other places as well. You may want to consider adding insulation to the walls. Source: about 1 year ago

  • How to pay for rundiffusion
Try https://jarvislabs.ai if rundiffusion doesn't work for you. Its cheaper. Source: about 1 year ago

Someone also mentioned https://jarvislabs.ai/ to me the other day, haven't used it myself but it looks promising. Source: over 1 year ago
  • jarvislabs.ai GPU Rental (Not sponsored, personal recommendation)
Jarvislabs.ai is a cloud platform where you can rent GPU's, I've had a problem when I first tried their platform, and they helped me instantly on Google Meet and solved my problem. They're a start-up based in India and they told me they have their GPU's in-house. Source: over 1 year ago
  • Which cloud environment do you recommend for AI projects based on GPU-dependent deep learning?
Checkout https://jarvislabs.ai/. Been using them for a good 6 months, their GPU instances are way cheaper than AWS/azure/gcp and it's perfect for running hundreds of modeling experiments. It's practically an extension of your local jupyterlab to a server jupyterlab. Customer support is great too. Source: over 1 year ago
  • [D] GPU access without limit increases
Tried that, didn't work... It's an account wide limit on GPU instances... Seems to be consistent across all cloud providers except lambda labs/indie guys like jarvislabs.ai; using indie now. But, very strange why this happens. Source: over 2 years ago
