Yeah in 4 days according to this estimate we will get to the new difficulty adjustment. The largest mining country in the world banned mining and we got a few days of delayed transactions. Check out https://hummingbot.io. They are built for market making and arbitrage strategies. It has built-in support for a number of centralized exchanges as well as Ethereum, Terra and other protocols common for DeFi (what it sounds like you're trying to do).
