I also highly recommend using something that will assist you with cadence to prevent injury. Not a watch, but I still like the moov now. It's clearly not being developed anymore but is a bargain now, assuming the app continues to work when the company inevitably goes away. Why does it have to be a web app? It does not meet your requirements, but when I looked into this sort of task before, the best option looked like Gramps [0], which was discussed at [1].
