There's an app/website called moovit which is the better version of google maps that's spesifically designed for public transport. You can set your destination to the airport and set a spesific arrival time, it'll tell you exactly when to leave, what public transport to use and where to get off the train. If you have an android phone (and thus lots of Google location data) you can use this instead: https://locationhistoryvisualizer.com/heatmap/ It's open source and somewhat customizable but more importantly it's a heatmap so you can see where you've been AND the relative frequency of you going there.
