Hi, I'm going to be moving a 1 bedroom apartment from MO to CA soon and I'm looking at moving companies. A buddy of mine had recently moved his 1 bed from MI to CA and had used walkboard.com. He has nothing but good things to say about them but he's my only personal point of reference. Actually, the management fees are much lower than that, check out mynd.co. Also, I am looking at getting a reputable home warranty company to check the maintenance issues in check. The only unknown costs are two things 1. How low will the houses go? I have a lot of paper gains, I don't want to lose them. 2.
