But you can play around with the figures to see how much of a deficit you need/what your calorie goal should be etc. Ive used it for years, there is also a massive community and food database :). It works through Crossover, I just tried it on M1 Pro and there are indeed small glitches when looking through portals, but otherwise it runs pretty well (after initial small stutters on texture loading). I didn't expect to need Crossover, especially since games like Deus Ex: Mankind Divided run natively, but apparently Valve didn't compile Portal 2 for 64-bit systems (I remember it working natively on older MacOS...
