For more routine work that isn't as deep but is still cognitively demanding, I usually stay at my desk and put on a post-rock playlist and https://mynoise.net/ on top of it (I like Irish coast), so loud that any other noise gets blocked out. Spotify needs to license https://mynoise.net and include their dozens of soundscapes into the Spotify client. If you use multiple, it may be worth using a site like feature.fm or a similar site to create a single smart link which has sublinks to all the other platforms so they can choose the platform of their liking, and allows you to keep your marketing to one link per social if possible.
