Myst (1993). A hugely influential Puzzle Adventure game, all about figuring out visual and mechanical puzzles in a virtual environment. Shortly after I played Edith, Epic had Gone Home for free. It was flat, empty, and fell flat. The construction of everything was all off. Almost like it was squished. Ceilings were varying heights. It was so weird and messed up. Source: over 1 year ago
