  Check porkbun.com, namesilo.com, then namecheap.com. They offer most but not all TLDs but each offers a few the other doesn't. There are some that none of them offer so you can try GoDaddy but they're pricey. Those three are among your best bets for long term low pricing. Source: 7 months ago

You can use sites such as carfax.eu or carfax.com to check identification numbers which will tell you the same info, but you must pay for it, so you must really be checking a few cars to make it economical.
