NeoFinder mentions (7)

  • How to record what's on old drives
NeoFinder. There is a windows version too, but a different name. Great for cataloging/ indexing disks, server volumes, dvds, cds, etc. Can even include a thumbnail photo, text sample, & metadata. Powerful search tools. Easy to use. Not a subscription. Both Mac & Windows versions use same database. Recommended. Mac : https://cdfinder.de/ Windows version: http://www.abemeda.de/. • Looking for a DAM/MAM that doesn't have a central catalog/database
Not sure this is everything you need, NeoFinder. Https://cdfinder.de/ Is meant for keeping a catalog of removable media so has no expectation of being connected to the source volume to operate. Source: about 2 years ago
  • Check Out NeoFinder for Cataloguing
I've found that neither PreRoll Post or YoYotta are very intuitive or useful for cataloguing LTO. I discovered NeoFinder (cdfinder.de) a few years ago and it's incredible and so useful. It creates a catalog file that you easily search or browse similarly to how you would in Finder. It can also create thumbnails and previews for photos/video/audio/etc. It's been bulletproof and I've even used it to catalog... Source: about 2 years ago
  • What alternatives are there to Adobe Bridge?
I don't know if it's the way I had Bridge set up, but it was desperately slow showing catalogues of images - if it cached the db I didn't notice any speed boost in reading from it that's for sure. If you're on a Mac just looking for images try NeoFinder - I've found it substantially faster! Source: almost 3 years ago
  • Graphic Asset Management?
On my Mac I use NeoFinder and it's fantastic - fast, extensive and capable of handling a bucketload of file formats. They have a sister product AbeMedia for Windows. I've never used it, but if it's half as good NeoFinder it will be what you're looking for. Source: almost 3 years ago

  • Max launch, FAQ, Info & Details.
Does anyone know for how long the legacy HBO Max app/web service will be still available. I'm talking about https://play.hbomax.com/. Source: about 1 year ago
  • green bar flashing on and off in full screen video?
So it definitely happens on the HBO Max app from the play store, but does NOT happen when I stream from play.hbomax.com in fullscreen...weird stuff...but also I don't remember ever seeing anything about a 480p limit from streaming apps, and the HBO Max app is definitely higher resolution than that, it looks exactly the same from the app to the website...thanks for the tip though, I guess I'll just use the websites... Source: over 1 year ago
  • How can I watch this show?
Or are you accessing from some xfinity-specific HBO site and not https://play.hbomax.com/ ? Source: over 1 year ago
  • HBO Max, I have some questions.
They no longer have a free trial directly but you can still get a free trial through Amazon or Hulu. You can also watch some free episodes by going directly to https://play.hbomax.com. Source: over 1 year ago
  • Why you have the option for just HBO without max for the same price for max?
I can't access HBO Now, https://www.hbonow.com shows a "404 Not Found" error and https://play.hbonow.com shows some random HTML. Source: almost 2 years ago
