It looks like a pretty stock D9 site using Drupal Commerce but the actual commerce bits look to be decoupled: the add to cart form is a small React app and interacts with API endpoints. The logged in experience is also a React app, but looks like it uses some custom endpoints to load assets from the main Drupal site. Pretty neat! Source: about 1 year ago
