There’s a lot of resources to help learn bubble, but I also recently created a bubble course at https://nocode.mba (with a 7 day free trial) The first tutorial in it actually covers that exactly (create a to do list by filling out a form).   I'd recommend to play around with some basic coding challenges on leetcode.com or codewars.com. If the course prepared you well you won't find this useful, but playing around with them will make sure that you are comfortable with basics such as loops, if statements etc. Source: 12 months ago
