There’s a lot of resources to help learn bubble, but I also recently created a bubble course at https://nocode.mba (with a 7 day free trial) The first tutorial in it actually covers that exactly (create a to do list by filling out a form). Since FastAPI is just a web framework, it can be used with nearly any DB/NoSQL DB framework that supports Python and your O/S and database driver of choice. Others have mentioned MongoDB and associated PyMongo derivatives, which is probably going to be your main option.
