  Baserow is cool. We evaluated it within our company a few months ago and eventually settled for Nocodb (https://nocodb.com/) - easy to run, more mature.   3.The only way I've come across to document the amount of time spent is to use timesheets or time tracking softwares. Some examples of time tracking softwares are Toggl, Hubstaff, and Time Doctor.
