Notarycam.com: I should have googled this company before I got started. They have a chroic shortage of notaries and a flaky scheduling system. Which means you end up sitting in front of your computer for 6 hours on the offchance that the assigned notary actually picks up your case. Do you have a budget? If so, there's this tool I've worked with called Sonix that generates transcripts of what you feed into it. It's not super accurate, but it's good enough. One of the features is that you can "highlight" chunks of text, and have it spit out an XML that will have a sequence containing only the highlighted text. Source: over 1 year ago
