I use Nozbe for this. I have some tasks that repeat daily, weekly or monthly, and which involved checklists. For example, every month I have a checklist that pop ups and tells me how to submit my tax return for my business or do a bank recon or my weekly review. I've asked ChatGPT to create excel formulas for me, that's the extent of my experience here. As far as analyzing an actual spreadsheet data, I believe the beta OpenAI tool, code interpreter, can do that. I don't have access to that, however. I have more experience with PDFs.
