Not at all, every situation is different. There are certainly conditions and requirements, but there is no "just because his family is Turkish" reasoning in a determination. That's illegal as it would be blatant prejudice and possibly racism. However if he travels too frequently without reasonable explanations then yes, that could be within guidelines for a denial.
