Officevibe, which is an employee experience platform, regularly sends out Slack notifications on behalf of their customers asking employees to complete a brief survey. I've never been able to use their product because they require a Google or Apple account. https://raindrop.io/ apparently also has full-text search for page contents as a paid feature.
