Officevibe, which is an employee experience platform, regularly sends out Slack notifications on behalf of their customers asking employees to complete a brief survey. The replies in this thread already have some great suggestions, my only addition would be that you can grab a free domain from names.co.uk (it's free for a year) that you could use with Cloudflare's free DNS management or a Cloud Flare tunnel. Source: over 1 year ago
