Officevibe, which is an employee experience platform, regularly sends out Slack notifications on behalf of their customers asking employees to complete a brief survey. There is a paid app called Our Pact that we used when my kids were younger. We don't use that anymore but did until they hit about 15 or so. It's really good; works on both android and ios. My kids have an Android phone (our old Samsungs) with limited data and unlimited calling/text. Source: about 2 years ago
