  There are usually a lot of repeated sentences in formal documents so memory bank-based translation tools really help to translate faster (you're being paid by translated page usually, so it's in your best interest to do it fast).   I'm currently using tawk.to to chat with my visitors, but I would rather use whatsapp as a chat mechanism. There are a lot of plugins for that, but I'm not sure which one would suit me best.
