Depends on your country, but places like https://onerpm.com/ can automatically distribute to so many, including Spotify, Tidal, Apple, as well as Chinese ones too (my friend just published his new album and it was on a Chinese platform which he had no clue about). Source: about 4 years ago

You don’t have a problem if it’s for YouTube only. If u wanted to make a cover and put it on Spotify a company like http://landr.com does the job for you or http://soundrop.com or an OG site called easylistening. But u can even use the music of Bon Jovi and sing it on ur YouTube channel. You’re just gonna get a copyright claim not a strike.
