OpenPhone SAP Cloud Appliance LibraryI needed a 1800 number for my business, and paying for a second phone line and getting a second phone is overpriced for what I needed. for 10 bucks a month, OpenPhone allows me to have a 1800 number right on my own cell phone through their app. So my personal calls don't get mixed up with my business calls. The app is easy to use, has a voicemail feature, and call forwarding for when I'm out and don't want to use data.
Based on our record, OpenPhone should be more popular than SAP Cloud Appliance Library. It has been mentiond 11 times since March 2021. Access to test/trial systems: there are trial systems on SAP CAL but not everyone can cough up 150$/month idle + 4$ per hour (S/4HANA 2021 trial with Google Cloud, according to the cost estimator). There are somewhat shady companies in India offering remote access but I know some people even in the US use them because it's way cheaper and convenient. One point though: C4C is especially bad with regards to access. With other solutions, SAP is much better. You can spin up an entire SAP cloud infrastructure with S4 and cloud integration on https://cal.sap.com/ and the BTP trials. Source: over 2 years ago
