There has been some app, that could tell you quality of item and that could count your exp (maybe even orns) in dungeon - that was kind of good - now, we have the building for quality evaluation and I dont need to keep track of my exp/orn anymore. I am using HP Omen. I easily open it, clean it and change the thermal paste every 3 months (they have detailed guides on YouTube).
