There are currently 2 different rank leaderboards: one for the stable client and one for the lazer client. The osu! Website shows rankings of the stable client while lazers ingame profile viewer shows the rank you achieved in the lazer client using the osu!lazer website. We run standups every day, however only 2x of them are a Teams call. The other 3 are run using a tool called Geekbot (Yes scrum masters do hate this) which is basically just a chatbot that sends you the standard standup questions and you can answer whenever you feel like it.
