There is a paid app called Our Pact that we used when my kids were younger. We don't use that anymore but did until they hit about 15 or so. It's really good; works on both android and ios. I have a Tonal machine (tonal.com), which is essentially a cable machine that hangs on the wall. Tonal install requirements are really specific and they send you all the hardware to use, which are rated for 2x4 studs that are floor to ceiling. I have 2x3 metal studs and can't use the hardware they sent, so I'm thinking about getting shorter screws and installing this on my own. It's going to be about 3/4" inches... Source: 8 months ago
